Contact
There is no contact form on this site. A form would mean collecting and storing what you type, and this site stores nothing. Email works, and the address below is a real mailbox read by the people who maintain the course.
We aim to reply within five working days. Messages about privacy — a request to see what is held about you, or to have it corrected — should have Privacy request in the subject line, and are answered within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

What we can help with
- Corrections. If something in the course is out of date, inaccurate or no longer matches the source it links to, we would like to know, and specifics help more than general impressions.
- Broken links, particularly to the Australian bodies the steps rely on, which reorganise their sites from time to time.
- Questions about how this site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure already says.
- Privacy requests, complaints about our handling of your information, and anything else covered by the Privacy Policy.
- Accessibility problems. If a page is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader or at a large text size, that is a fault and we would like to fix it.
What we cannot help with
We are not a game vendor and have no access to anybody's game account. We cannot recover a lost password, restore progress, investigate a purchase, moderate a chat channel or act on a report about another player. Those all belong to the vendor of the game in question, through its own support channels.
We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. The course is general information for a general reader, as the Terms and Conditions set out.
Where a matter belongs with an Australian body rather than with us, these are the right destinations: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy complaints, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for consumer law, Scamwatch for reporting scams, and the eSafety Commissioner for serious online safety matters.
What happens to your message
Emails are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they are needed for a legal claim, and then deleted. They are not added to any mailing list, because there is no mailing list. They are not shared with anyone outside ABAJ CZ s.r.o. except where the law requires it. The Privacy Policy describes this in full, including where the mailbox is hosted.
